Le Mancala (Awélé) est l'un des plus vieux jeux de plateau connus — originaire d'Afrique, il a traversé l'Atlantique avec les communautés diasporiques. Chaque joueur contrôle 6 trous sur sa rangée et cherche à remplir son grenier (côté droit) avec le plus de graines possible.
Mancala (Awele) is one of the oldest known board games — originating in Africa, it crossed the Atlantic with diaspora communities. Each player controls 6 holes on their row and tries to fill their store (right side) with the most seeds possible.
